My name is Douglas Eric Irwin and I am visiting County Tyrone via Belfast for one day in mid March 2020.

My father's name was Thomas Eric Irwin and his father's name was Thomas Francis Irwin (both born in Australia) My Great grandfather I believe was Henry Edward Irwin.circa 1800-1870. Cheers Doug.

Looking for Margaret Irwin b. Abt 1803 Tennessee, USA. Married Hamilton Copeland 13 Jan.1827, Washington County, Tennessee. Definitely a brick wall for me. I am slowly plowing through the Irwinโs in Tennessee and North Carolina. A couple of weeks before my Dad died, he told me we were definitely connected to Robert the Bruce. I had been asking him family questions for years, and this came out of left field.

I believe he came from County Tyrone.
I dont know if he emigrated to Australia or not.
My grandfather was Thomas Francis Irwin and he lived in South Melbourne Melbourne Australia.
